Return Policy

Because our products are research reference materials, returns are handled with strict controls to protect the integrity and traceability of every batch. Please review this policy before requesting a return.

Unopened items only

Only items that are unopened and unused, in their original factory-sealed packaging, with all labelling and batch identifiers intact, may be eligible for return. This requirement exists because a research reference material cannot be verified or restocked once its seal is broken.

Return approval required

All returns require prior approval. Contact support@raw7oh.com or use our contact page within 14 days of delivery, and include your order number and the batch identifier. Do not ship any item back before receiving a return authorization; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

No returns on opened or tampered products

For safety, integrity and traceability reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or that show signs of tampering or damaged seals. Such items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-returnable situations

• Opened, used, or unsealed items.
• Items with removed, altered or illegible batch labelling.
• Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
• Items returned without prior return authorization.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

How refunds are processed

Once an authorized return is received and inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions above, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged or incorrect, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
