Frequently Asked Questions
Compliance-safe answers about ordering, shipping, documentation and research-use policy for 7OH reference materials in Canada. Jump to a section below.
All catalog items are intended strictly for lawful research, laboratory, analytical, or reference purposes only. Not for human consumption, ingestion, or medical application.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the research catalog, select a strength and quantity option, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. At checkout you must confirm you are 19 or older and that the materials are for lawful research and laboratory use only.
Who is eligible to order?
Purchasers must be 19 years of age or older and must intend the materials strictly for lawful research, laboratory, analytical or reference purposes. These items are not sold for personal use, consumption or any medical purpose.
Do you offer research or bulk documentation inquiries?
Yes. For bulk research quantities or additional documentation, use the contact form and select the research/wholesale documentation inquiry type, or email support@raw7oh.com.
Are prices shown final?
Prices displayed in this demonstration catalog are placeholders. Applicable pricing, taxes and shipping are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada only. We do not ship to destinations outside Canada.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled on the next business day.
How are orders packaged?
Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging appropriate for laboratory reference materials.
Documentation
What documentation is available?
Batch-level Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation is available on request. Representative records are published in the COA library.
How do I match a COA to my batch?
Each item lists a batch identifier, and the COA references the same identifier. Matching the two lets you tie the material to its documentation and your internal records. See how to review a COA.
Research-use policy
What does “research use only” mean?
It means the materials are intended solely for controlled laboratory, analytical and reference activities by qualified purchasers. They are not for personal use, consumption, or any medical, therapeutic or wellness purpose, and no such outcomes are claimed.
Are these products for human consumption?
No. All items are supplied strictly for lawful research and laboratory use. They are not for human consumption, ingestion, internal use or medical application.
Do you provide usage or dosing guidance?
No. Because these are research reference materials and not products for human use, we do not provide any consumption, dosing or usage instructions.
COA
Why does a COA matter?
A Certificate of Analysis supports identity confirmation, verification of the labelled strength, and traceable documentation tied to a specific batch. It is the record that lets a lab trust what it is working with.
What methods are referenced on a COA?
Records reference analytical methods such as HPLC and LC-MS. For background, see 7OH detection methods.
Can I request a COA for a specific batch?
Yes. Locate the batch in the COA library and request the document, or email support@raw7oh.com with the batch identifier.
Age requirement
What is the minimum age to order?
You must be 19 years of age or older to browse and purchase from this website.
How is age confirmed?
An age acknowledgement is shown on entry, and a required confirmation checkbox appears at checkout stating that you are 19 or older and understand the research-use-only terms.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Only unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be considered for return, and return approval is required first. Opened or tampered items cannot be returned. See the full return policy.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. See the return policy for details.
